Onboarding Process
At backdocket, we don’t believe in throwing our clients into the deep end. Our comprehensive onboarding process includes meetings between our Onboarding Specialists and your team to determine your firm’s personal workflow and what data points are most important to your firm.
From there, we’ll get started on a custom build dedicated to your requirements, including data migration if you are moving from a different system. You’ll also receive hands-on training to ensure you are confident in the use of your new practice management software.
Once onboarding is complete, our Support team is always available to answer additional questions.
